“The team made me feel at home on the magical island of Madeira, even though it was my first time there. The guys pour their heart and soul into what they do—and it shows. Two things that come to mind when I close my eyes and think back to our offsite: the surprise tea ceremony in front of waterfalls, where the guys engineered a seated spot for us on top of the levada canal, and a bouquet of wild Madeiran flowers that Sergey greeted us with. It was all warm, fun, well thought-through”.
