    Matter Labs is a globally distributed team operating in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.

    Lisbon, Portugal

    Their goal was not just to “gather the team,” but to create a space where:
    • people genuinely connect beyond work

    • the team gains energy and clarity for the next phase
    At the same time, the team consists largely of engineers and analytical thinkers — a group that typically doesn’t respond to traditional team-building formats.
